From the living, dining, and kitchen areas you can see as far as Iluka in the North and across Yamba Point to the South. Built on two levels it is equally suited to a couple on their own or a family of six.

Both have sliding door access to the lower deck with slate tiles and excellent ocean views. Also on this lower level is the bathroom which is tiled with shower with a separate vanity and separate toilet.

The laundry room is located on the lower level and has both a washing machine and a dryer.
