My Clarence Valley is the central destination marketing and local tourism organisation for the Clarence Valley region and is managed by the Clarence Valley Council.
We are committed to working alongside our vibrant local businesses to foster a sustainable, dynamic, and thriving tourism industry that benefits the entire community. Guided by our 2024-2030 Destination Management Plan, we provide targeted and cost-effective opportunities for tourism operators, including destination marketing, media engagement, experience development, skills training, major event promotion, and visitor information services.
What, exactly, is My Clarence Valley Business?
My Clarence Valley Business (MCVB) is the central destination marketing and local tourism organisation for the Clarence Valley region and managed by Clarence Valley Council. MCVB is charged with growing and developing a viable, sustainable tourism economy for the Clarence.
The Clarence Valley received 1.3 million visitors to the region year ending 2018. These are record numbers for the region.
Tourism is an increasingly competitive, challenging and ever-changing industry, MCVB’s mission is to protect, inform and enhance the operations and potential of Clarence Valley operators. Tourism is everyone’s business and we can only achieve this with your involvement.
